Hans L. Leisch was one of a handful of Austrian artists in the 1920's and 1930's capturing the historic sites of famous German artists and Landmarks in silk. Leisch was known for his etchings in and around Vienna, mostly in the 1920s and 30s. He worked in color etching and lithography, and often printed his works on silk instead of paper.
