Vintage locket with etched design on both sides and twisted "rope" design framing the piece. It is not hallmarked, but confident it is. Sterling silver / .925. Hinge opens and snaps shut beautifully. Lots of patina and sold as is, although we do offer polishing on purchaser's request at no extra charge. This piece was sourced in France and heavily loved. This is a delicate piece. There are imperfections and thin "slices" in the metal and an impact line on the front piece (circled in the last photo). The cuts are likely from the design process as they align perfectly with the indents. This does not impact the integrity or use of the piece, but the locket should be handled with care.
