Refund policy

All sales are final. Items are sold as is. Due to the used and vintage nature of items, items may show signs of wears and have imperfections. All pieces are carefully inspected and selected by the maker despite minor flaws. 

Oliva + Olga is not responsible for damage resulting from shipping mishandling. If you would like to purchase insurance for your purchase, please contact us directly at bonjour@olivaetolg.ca to arrange this. Customers are responsible for surcharges resulting from added insurance to shipments.

Our pieces are delicate. Always follow Proper Wear + Care practices to avoid damaging your piece and minimize tarnish. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the longevity of purchases and ask purchasers to carefully examine photos provided in the listing as well as inquire about any item(s) should they have concerns. Due to the vintage and secondhand nature of the pieces used in our original designs, the quality of the metal cannot be guaranteed. This may result in tarnishing.
